Terms of Service

Welcome to Rockettags. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rockettagsworld.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

“Rockettags”, “we”, “us” is a trading brand of Rocket Tags Worldwide Limited, a New Zealand company (NZ Company Number 3585171, NZBN 9429030922808), incorporated on 10 October 2011. 2. Products, pricing & currency

• All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices, product contents and availability may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; applicable taxes and shipping are calculated and displayed before you confirm payment.
• Product photography is illustrative. Natural materials (kraft paper, jute, dried florals, wax) vary slightly between batches.

3. Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers — Stripe for card payments and, where offered, PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. For card payments your statement will show the descriptor ROCKETTAGS LABEL; PayPal payments appear under PayPal’s own descriptor. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. Where you pay via PayPal, PayPal’s Buyer and Seller Protection programs and User Agreement also apply to your transaction.

4. Custom & personalized items

Some products are printed or personalized to order. For these items you are responsible for the accuracy of the names, text and artwork you supply, and you must hold all necessary rights to that content (see our Acceptable Use Policy). We send a digital proof for your approval; once you approve and printing begins, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable except where faulty. See our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times, rates and eligible destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

6. Returns

Unopened, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days. Full conditions and exceptions are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, our designs, text, graphics and brand marks are owned by Rockettags or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our own product artwork uses public-domain botanicals, geometry and typography — never licensed characters, brands or third-party trademarks.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the Site and any custom artwork you submit must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
